Asha Kama

Karma Wangdi , aka Asha Kama is the pioneering torchbearer of contemporary art in Bhutan. Recipient of the prestigious National Order of Merit ( Gold ) for his unstinted support to the youth.  Asha Kama continues to live and breathe art at VAST Bhutan, a non-profit he established in 1998.

Pem Lham

Pem Lham’s artistic pursuits gravitate towards oil pastel, with a preference for the versatility of acrylics in her works. Through this medium she finds true comfort, infusing her creations with a delicate blend of technique and innovation.

Kunzang Wangmo

Gyempo Wangchuk, a classically trained artist is surprising the art scene in Bhutan by introducing elements of conceptualization and self expression in age old traditional methods, truly rare and refreshing.

Ugyen Dorji

Ugyen Dorji, a graphic artist whose subtle art movement on social media as “Home based Illustrator” is defining the value of digital art in Bhutan. Poignant and sensitively composed , his work brings soul to the cyberworld.

Twinz
